Adoption of all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors
Les Agences de Papa, a company listed on Euronext Access+ (MLPAP), announces that during the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on December 13, 2022 in Nice, with a quorum of 57.03%, the shareholders of the Company adopted by a very large majority the ordinary resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.
The shareholders voted in particular:
– the appointment of Bruno Strigini and Ali Osman Kaptanoglu as directors for a period of four years;
– the appointment of Grant Thornton as joint statutory auditor for a period of six financial years.
