On Friday around 1:20 p.m., a 60-year-old from Innviertel was working with the compost turning device at the composting site in St. Georgen near Obernberg/Inn. When the man turned off the device and wanted to get off, he probably slipped for an unknown reason and fell about one and a half meters onto the concrete floor. Rescue flight to the hospital Luckily, the 60-year-old was able to raise the alarm himself with his cell phone and call for help. After initial treatment, the seriously injured man was flown to the Ried im Innkreis hospital in the “Europe 3” rescue helicopter.
