(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole announces the launch of its annual capital increase operation reserved for the group’s employees worldwide (ACR 2024), which will offer more than 180,000 employees and retired former employees a subscription to shares news.
As part of this operation, the subscription price of the share will be equal to the arithmetic average of the opening prices of Crédit Agricole shares from May 29 to June 25 inclusive, with a discount of 20%.
The subscription period will open on June 27 and end on July 10, the new shares will be issued on August 29 and eligible for the dividend paid for 2024. The maximum number of shares to be issued is 32 million.
