(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole Immobilier announces that it has laid the first stone of Bellarea, a site presented as “a green setting” in the heart of the Doux-Epis eco-district, in Cergy (Val d’Oise, 95).
This residential complex of three buildings and 55 apartments – from studios to 5th rooms – is fully in line with the societal project of the Crédit Agricole group and in particular in its mobilization in favor of renewable energies.
The works should be delivered during the 2nd quarter of 2023.
