(CercleFinance.com) – Following their entry into exclusive negotiations announced last April, Worldline and Crédit Agricole announce the signing of a binding agreement, specifying the outlines of their partnership project in payment services for merchants.
It is expected that the required authorizations from regulators and competent authorities will be obtained, then that the joint venture will be operational before the end of 2023, thus making it possible to envisage the launch of the first offers under its aegis in early 2024.
This joint venture would benefit from the technological performance and innovation capabilities of Worldline, combined with the commercial power and knowledge of the French market of Crédit Agricole and its distribution networks.
