The Combined General Meeting of Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie, which was held on March 31, 2023 in Chessy, approved all the resolutions presented and in particular the payment, for the 2022 financial year:
* a remuneration of 1.02 euro per Cooperative Investment Certificate (FR0010483768),
* a remuneration of 1.02 euro per Cooperative Associate Certificate,
* an interest of 2.30% in shares.
To benefit from the remuneration, for the 2022 financial year, you must hold the shares Certificat Coopératif d’Investissement Brie Picardie (FR0010483768) no later than Tuesday April 4, 2023 in the evening at the close of the markets. This remuneration will be paid from April 7, 2023.
Following the Board of Directors meeting that followed, the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
