(CercleFinance.com) – Clariane announces the signing of a real estate partnership with Crédit Agricole Assurances, for an amount of 140 million euros, as part of the refinancing plan announced on November 14 by the group responsible for the addiction.
CA Assurances subscribed to bonds issued by a Clariane SPV bringing together 19 French assets (gross asset value of 268 million euros, excluding duties) and repayable in shares of this SPV, over a period of seven years accompanied by a fixed coupon of 10.5%.
Furthermore, the two groups are continuing their negotiations on a second real estate partnership, for an amount of 90 million euros and relating to assets in the United Kingdom. The signing of this partnership should take place by the end of 2023.
