Crédit Agricole: repayment of a bond in yen

(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole announced on Tuesday the repayment of all of its redeemable subordinated bonds at fixed rates becoming variable issued in 2018 and due to mature in 2028 for a total amount of 8.3 billion yen (approximately 54 millions of euros).

The redemption will take effect on July 18, which means that each bond will cease to bear interest on that date.

The green bank stresses that bondholders will be formally notified of the implementation of the redemption of their securities.
