CRÉDIT AGRICOLE SA APPOINTS TWO NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

PARIS (Reuters) – Crédit Agricole SA, the listed vehicle of the Crédit Agricole group, announced on Wednesday the appointment of two new deputy managing directors in addition to Xavier Musca, to strengthen its executive management.

Jérôme Grivet, currently Deputy Managing Director of Crédit Agricole SA, will become Deputy Managing Director from September 1. He will be responsible for steering and control functions.

Olivier Gavalda, CEO of Crédit Agricole d’Ile-de-France since April 2016, will become Deputy CEO from 1 November. He will be responsible for development.

The bank, which is due to publish its second quarter results on Thursday, adds in a press release that Xavier Musca will be responsible for Large Customers from September 1.
