Crédit Agricole sells its residual stake in Crédit du Maroc to the Moroccan group Holmarcom

(Boursier.com) — Agricultural credit SA announces today that it has sold its residual 15% stake in Crédit du Maroc to the Moroccan group Holmarcom.
This operation takes place within the framework of the transfer contract announced in April 2022 of Crédit Agricole SA’s total stake in Crédit du Maroc to the Holmarcom group. After selling a first tranche of 63.7% in December 2022, Crédit Agricole SA today sold the second residual tranche of 15%.

This sale comes after obtaining regulatory authorizations and finalizing the process of empowering Crédit du Maroc, in accordance with the announced schedule.
