(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole announces that the board of directors of LCL, meeting on October 31, 2023, has appointed Serge Magdeleine as Chief Executive Officer of LCL as of January 1, 2024.
In this capacity, Serge Magdeleine will join the Universal Banking division supervised by Olivier Gavalda, Deputy Managing Director of Crédit Agricole SA, and will join the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole SA
He will succeed Michel Mathieu, Managing Director of LCL since April 4, 2016, who will retire from December 31, 2023.
