(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole Immobilier and Aiguillon construction organized the laying of the first stones of their Orphéa and Archange residences, in Saint-Jacques de la Lande, two large-scale projects in the La Courrouze eco-district, at the gates of Rennes .
Archange is the 1st program marketed and delivered in BRS (Real Solidarity Bail), with 41 rental collective housing units (15 in Rental Loan for Social Use, 15 in Rental Loan Assisted with Integration and 11 in Social Rental Loan) as well as 13 rental housing units BRS.
For its part, the Orphéa residence of Crédit Agricole Immobilier offers 49 apartments, 41 of which are free access and 8 at controlled sale prices.
The handing over of the keys to tenants and buyers is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2023 for Orphéa and the 4th quarter of 2023 for Archange.
