Announced in early May by Microids, the title The crime of the Orient Express sets its release date for October 19 and will be playable on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch. The Deluxe Edition of the game will be available on all consoles and will include, in addition to the game, a 48-page artbook, an Orient-Express ticket bookmark and the game’s digital soundtrack.
Taking place in 2023, The crime of the Orient Express will offer a revisited and modernized version of Agatha Christie’s emblematic work. Especially since new elements have been added to the original story in order to surprise everyone.
The story takes place when a crime has just been committed on board the Orient-Express. In the skin of Hercule Poirot, the player will have to investigate all the people present on board. All are suspects, each has their secrets and it will be necessary to disentangle the true from the false to solve the mystery.
