But the main actress in the episode, Nastassja Kinski (63), now wants to change that. As the magazine “Spiegel” reports, the Berlin actress wants the film to only be broadcast without her nude scenes in the future. Your lawyer has therefore contacted the responsible NDR.

The broadcaster NDR is well aware of the controversy. According to the magazine, Kinski’s lawyer criticizes the lack of “legally valid consent as a minor” because Nastassja Kinski was “actually unaccompanied on set” when the scenes were filmed. Regardless, he “revoked his consent for the future” on behalf of the actress.
“One is how things were seen in the 1970s. Obviously different from today, where filming nude scenes with minors would certainly be inadmissible,” explains the lawyer. The other thing, he points out, is how the NDR literally describes the nude scenes with a minor as the sexual awakening moment of many men in the here and now, especially after numerous #MeToo scandals in film and television.
