“Crime Scene: Torn”
That’s why we know David’s face
David is the focus of Stuttgart’s “Tatort: Zerrissen”. The boy is played by Louis Guillaume. That’s why you know his face.
Guillaume was born in Eisenach, Thuringia in 2007 and gained experience in front of the camera at an early age. The high school student had his first attempts at acting in the Theater am Markt in his hometown, before he had his first experience filming in a short film for students at the famous Bauhaus University in Weimar. TV viewers know Guillaume from two episodes of the eighth season of the popular ARD series “The Dr. Kleist Family,” in which he appeared in 2019. In 2021 he also worked on the student project “The Innocence of Death” from the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy, which celebrated its TV premiere on the Arte channel in 2022.
Main role in Kika children’s series
The ZDF children’s series “Völlig meschugge?!” also started in 2022. in the special program Kika, in which Guillaume plays the main role of Benny Levenberg. In November 2022, the novel adaptation “The Light in a Dark House” was broadcast, in which the young actor was seen on ZDF alongside Henry Hübchen, Victoria Trauttmansdorff and Constantin von Jascheroff.
In a recent interview with MDR, Guillaume said about his latest role in “Tatort” that he was excited to get to know the main actors Klare and Müller. But that quickly went away because the two “crime scene” detectives were “friendly and relaxed”: “They knew every team member by their first name, greeted everyone – it was very cool to work with them.” This calmness and relaxedness would have radiated on him.
