Crime scene: you alone: is it worth turning on the new Stuttgart thriller?

Since 2008, commissioners Sebastian Bootz (Felix Klare, 41) and Thorsten Lannert (Richy Müller, 64) have been investigating the crime scene "Tatort" in the Stuttgart offshoot. The new case "Tatort: Du alone" (May 24, 8:15 p.m., the first) marks not only this anniversary, but also the farewell to an actress who has also been involved since the first Lannert-Bootz case. In terms of content, the investigators have to deal with a murder on the open road, an anonymous claim for money and the threat of further shootings by a possible sniper. Is it worth turning on?

What is the "crime scene: you alone" about?

"1" – there is nothing more in the letter addressed to "the investigators in today's murder case". What could be considered a joke will soon become a hard reality for Lannert and Bootz. Because the same morning a woman is shot on the open road. A well-aimed long-range shot, obviously from an accomplished shooter; A "1" is engraved on the cartridge case … There is no more evidence and the investigators suspect evil.

A second letter contains a demand for money: three million, otherwise the second murder follows, somewhere else in the city. The transfer of money is cleverly threaded, but the commissioners are also preparing carefully. Nevertheless, the perpetrator cannot be caught and the second murder cannot be prevented. This increases the pressure on the police and prosecutors to find the perpetrator before the anonymous threat causes panic.

Is it worth turning on?

Yes. The thriller is very exciting and the twist is surprising. Although the viewer knows the killer's face after almost 40 minutes, it is important to arrest him, thus preventing further murders and, above all, clarifying the painful question of why.

The main actors are convincing again and again. And among the episode performers, the multi-award-winning Austrian actor Karl Markovics (56, "Babylon Berlin") is once again to be emphasized. Most recently he was in the Sunday crime thriller in the breathtaking "Police call 110: And forgive us our guilt" (2016) with Matthias Brandt (58). This time the role is smaller and yet he gets everything out.

Another personnel matter plays no role in the new Stuttgart crime thriller. But it is clearly communicated behind the scenes that actress Carolina Vera (47) stops as public prosecutor Emilia Álvarez. Her fans, Felix Klare, believe that their fans may have a little hope of seeing each other again: "It is a great pity that our beloved, pretty and strict prosecutor will no longer be there, but I am sure that she is for one or the other case will return, "he is quoted by the SWR.

All in all a worthy anniversary thriller. The two commissioner actors also agree: "25 is an impressive number and also a synonym for anniversaries," says actor Richy Müller. And Klare also likes the number: "Yes, I'm a little proud of it."
