When it comes to training discipline and fitness, football star Cristiano Ronaldo can hardly be fooled, as he regularly shows on Instagram. But on his birthday on February 5, he also makes an exception: for the 37th there was a huge “CR7” cake – and a “little” surprise from girlfriend Georgina.

The two sit arm in arm in front of the Portuguese’s big birthday cake and beam at the camera. The dessert consists of puff pastry, a light cream and strawberries artfully layered on top of each other.
