Cristiano Ronaldo “injured” and abused during his daughter’s illness, heavy revelations

The timing is quite surprising and Manchester United leaders certainly woke up with quite a headache this morning. Last night, a few hours after his club’s last match before a long time due to the World Cup which starts in a few days, Cristiano Ronaldo granted an interview to the famous English journalist Piers Morgan and relayed by the Sun. A discussion during which the 37-year-old Portuguese lets loose as rarely, speaking without filter of the many decisions he has had to face in recent times.

After several successful years in Madrid and a prolific period on a personal level in Turin, Cristiano Ronaldo landed in England in the summer of 2021, returning to his heart club, Manchester United. A return expected by all the club’s supporters, but unfortunately things do not really go as hoped. After a mixed first season, Georgina Rodriguez’s companion is having a lot of trouble this year and he regularly finds himself on the substitutes’ bench. In addition to that, we must add a very complicated personal situation in recent months since the terrible tragedy that affected his family last April.

A delay that does not pass…

While expecting twins, Cristiano Ronaldo had the misfortune to lose his son during childbirth. Despite the tragedy, her daughter Bella Esmeralda joined her family, but the little one suffered from an illness which delayed her return to Manchester last July, as the little one, aged 3 months at the time, was was taken to the hospital. In the interview given yesterday, Raphaël Varane’s teammate attacks his club, accusing its leaders of having missed “of empathy” in this story. When he explained the reasons for his delay in training, the footballer explains that his word would have been questioned by the club, which would have “hurt”leaving him in a very “Wrong”.

Very heavy accusations from Cristiano Ronaldo, who fires red balls at his club. For the time being, no one at the club has reacted, but it is difficult to imagine a future on the Manchester United side for the Portuguese star…
