The attack in Oslo did not go unnoticed by the Royals either. Haakon and Mette-Marit visited a memorial over the weekend.

The attack on the nightclub “London Pub” in Oslo, which is popular in the LGBTQ scene, in which two people died and more than 20 were injured on the night of June 25, is currently shaking the whole of Norway. Crown Prince Haakon (48) and his wife Crown Princess Mette-Marit (48) visited a memorial together at the weekend.

Pictures show the royal couple, elegantly dressed in a black suit and beige suit, visibly touched. Mette-Marit fought back tears as she looked at the laid flower arrangements, which were decorated with Pride flags.

Church service on Sunday without Crown Prince Haakon

Mette-Marit also attended a memorial service in Oslo on Sunday. In a dark blue sheath dress, she entered a church and lit a candle for the victims of the attack. Crown Prince Haakon stayed away from the service due to a positive corona test, as the royal family announced in a statement.
