Crusader Kings III, the strategy game from Paradox Interactive, arrives today on the latest generation of consoles. Take out the crowns since you will have to rewrite history by putting your house and its heirs at the head of a prosperous kingdom.

A little less than 2 years after its release on PC, Crusader Kings III finally released its version for consoles. An expectation justified by the redesign of the interface and controls to accommodate them to the gamepad. IThe software also takes advantage of the hardware of the machines with reduced loading times and even use of the DualSense functionalities on PS5. For example, the more stressed your character is, the more powerful the haptic feedback will be.
The title also enjoys a very good reputation thanks to the excellent feedback from players and critics on PC. We ourselves greatly appreciated the experience in 2020, as our test shows. The previous opus dating from 2012, Paradox has indeed had time to expand the mechanics while keeping what was its strength.
The goal is quite simple, to take the head of a noble house by embodying the leaders and their descendants over the centuries and to perpetuate his kingdom by accumulating glory. However, the task will not be as easy since you have to rely on wars, espionage, diplomacy or even religion to spice up your progress.
