(Boursier.com) — Crystal and Zenith Capital enter into a strategic and capital alliance in the field of intermediation of structured and complex financial products.
Zenith Capital is one of the most active intermediaries on the French market with more than €600 million in intermediated assets in 2021. These players benefit from Zenith Capital’s know-how in negotiation, marketing, legal support, reporting and innovation.

Founded in 2017, Zenith Capital is led by its founding partners Pierre Guys and Eloi Brézac, joined by two new partners in 2020, Romain Besançon and Pierre-François Marty. This close-knit team met in the BNP Paribas trading room, where it operated for a long time.

Crystal and Zenith Capital enter into an alliance whose outlines are as follows:
-Zenith Capital will make available to Crystal entities (Crystal Finance, Expert & Finance, Laplace and WiseAM) all of its know-how in order to strengthen their expertise in structured products, and thus continue to be at the avant-garde of this very attractive asset class for high net worth clients;
-Crystal will rely on Zenith Capital’s distribution capacities with CGPs, Institutions and Companies to offer its range of proprietary products in B2B, in particular those produced by WiseAM (OPC, mandates, structured mandates, Private Equity, Real Estate) and by Pierres By Crystal (selection and financing of SCPIs and other real estate investment products);
