(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting of CS-GROUPmeeting today, ratified the co-optation by the Board of Directors of Mr. Blaise Jaeger, as a director, to replace Mr. Patrice Mignon, whose term of office expired at the end of this General Meeting.
Blaise Jaeger, 58, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the National School of Aeronautics and Space. Between 1986 and 1995, he carried out various functions within the General Delegation for Armaments, in particular that of Deputy Director of the Helios space observation program. In 1995, he joined the Department of Strategic Affairs, Security and Disarmament at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has pursued his career in industry since 1997, notably as Director of Telecommunications at Thales Alenia Space, as Managing Director of Thales Communications, then in 2010 as Deputy Managing Director of Thales and Chairman of Thales International and finally in 2013 as Managing Director of the Aerospace and Defense division of Cap Gemini. He has been involved in entrepreneurship since 2015 and has created several companies in the field of financial services applied to real estate, and tourism.
The General Meeting also voted to pay a dividend of 4 euro cents per share, which will be paid on July 29, 2022.
