After taking their place in the Fall Finals thanks to their Showdown victory, Heroic faced FaZe Clan several times and proved their worth to join the World Final 2022.

It’s a place in the World Final that Heroic has just unlocked this weekend at the end of the BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2022. The autumn split playoffs ended in Copenhagen this Sunday at the Royal Arena with a $200,000 win for the Scandinavian team in front of part of their national audience. Heroic’s win was a bit of a surprisethe structure having taken its place thanks to the European Showdown in October, recovering one of the last two seats for this final tournament.

Justly qualified, Xizt’s men finished second in the group behind the still Imperial FaZe Clan. Heroic then had to go through G2 Esports (2/1) and Team Liquid (2/1) during the final phase, before meeting FaZe again in the final, and taking revenge 2/1 to lift the title. Heroic recovers 4000 points in the BLAST Premier circuit but it is of no interest since the team especially has its place in World Final 2022.

FaZe Clan can take comfort since the team was obviously already qualified thanks to its double victory EPL S15 and PGL Major. It is therefore the next three of the 2022 ladder who join the winners of the circuit (FaZe, Outsiders, NaVi, Heroic and Vitality) namely G2 Esports, OG and Team Liquid. Next deadline: from December 14 to 18 in Abu Dhabi.
