If you haven’t unlocked the Healing Station yet and one of your followers is sick, here’s how to heal him: approach him and interact with him. Then select “Sleep” to send him to rest. After a certain time, the follower will then no longer be sick and can resume his work, without risking infecting the whole community.
Unlock the Healing Station
The best way to care for a sick faithful, on Cult of the Lamb, is to unlock the “Care Station” building. However, this requires having unlocked the third level of improvements of the Altar and, therefore, to have a few hours of play to his credit.
