After Solo Leveling, another webtoon is being adapted into an anime: Viral Hit. Here you follow a surprisingly frail protagonist, Yoo Hobin, who defies all expectations by finding himself at the center of a “Newtube” channel (the equivalent of YouTube) specializing in martial arts. Guided by advice from a mysterious online source, Hobin manages to knock out much stronger opponents, accumulating an unexpected fortune in the process. The question remains: Will Hobin be able to maintain this streak of success or will he finally meet a competitor equal to him?

Lookism’s little brother is coming
In the scenario, we find Taejoon Park known for having written Lookism. Unsurprisingly, Viral Hit is a success on the online reading platform Webtoon. Note 9.82/10it accounts in total for more than 100 million of readers, who meet every Tuesday for the release of new chapters. As for the anime, it is directed by the animation studio Okuruto Noboru who recently took care of Tomodachi Game. The series will be available on Crunchyroll early April 2024.
The casting is revealed in the trailer
In a recent trailer published on Crunchyroll, the characters of Viral Hit show themselves to the general public. At the same time, the platform presented the dubbing actors of the series. We find beautiful people like Kaito Ishikawathe voice actor of Genos in “One Punch Man”or even Yuichi Nakamura, the voice of Satoru Gojo in “Jujutsu Kaisen”. News that delights fans, who have fun saying that the anime will be a “viral hit”.
