Series Supersexby Francesca Manieri, freely adapts the story of one of the superstars of the porn industry, Rocco Siffredi. Showing a score of 86% on RottenTomatoes, the adaptation of the life of the so-called “godfather of rough sex” has made a lot of noise, but not for the right reasons. Some viewers spoke out on social networks to denounce what they call “sickening content”.

Subscribers say they want to protect their children, arguing that the TV show should not be featured as much on the platform. Others argue that the series should be referenced differently, arguing that “women who post a photo while breastfeeding are reported, so content like this should be a separate category on Netflix.” Note that an Instagram publication on the series had already disappeared following initial fiery feedback.

Rocco says it all
In an interview with LADbible before the series’ release, Rocco Siffredi spoke about the project. Asked about the possibility that the show could shock, the latter said “of course”.

Having shot more than 1,300 films during his career, the actor sees the series adapting his life being talked about, both for good and for bad. If this one is a real success, there is no doubt that Netflix could adapt other biopics of equally controversial stars.
