Despite the excitement generated by these rumors, Entertainment Weekly has exclusively revealed that Taylor Swift will not appear in Deadpool & Wolverine. Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy have been tight-lipped on the subject, strongly denying any confirmation. Reynolds clarified that total transparency was not an option, citing the multitude of speculations surrounding these types of films:

Levy regretted not shutting down the rumors sooner, emphasizing the authenticity of his relationship with Swift without confirming any involvement in the upcoming Marvel title. He makes an appearance in “The Eternals” in 2021, playing the role of Starfox. Likewise, Janelle Monáe, known for her talents as a singer and actress, had been approached for various roles, although no official confirmation followed. Finally, it is not impossible for Taylor Swift to integrate the MCU in the future, or even to discover her through a surprise cameo.

Although Taylor Swift is not in the cast, Deadpool & Wolverine promises to be a film full of surprises.
