At the Curling World Championships, Switzerland did not show any weaknesses against New Zealand at the bottom and remained undefeated after 9:1.

The Swiss curlers continue to perform confidently at the World Championships in Sweden. On Wednesday morning, the defending champions got their 7th win in the 7th game and didn’t give New Zealand at the bottom a chance with a 9:1.

At first, the CC Aarau team around Skip Silvana Tirinzoni fell 0:1 behind, but this was corrected immediately in the 2nd end with a two-man house. As a result, Switzerland always stole 1 stone from the World Cup debutants from the 3rd to the 5th end – finally in the 6th even their 4 and the opponents gave up.

The quartet Tirinzoni, Alina Pätz, Briar Schwaller-Hürlimann and Carole Howal continue on Wednesday evening with the game against Italy (live here from 7 p.m.), which can also be found at the top of the table.
