Currently free of charge instead of 4.99 euros: iPhone app makes you fit and strong

If you want to be fit and strong, you have to train. The iPhone and iPad app “Stark Suspension” will help you with over 110 exercises of the so-called sling training (English sling training or suspension training). Regularly costs just under 5 euros, but is currently free for a short time.

The basic principle of sling training: During the exercises, you work with your own body weight as training resistance, so you literally really hang in there. However, if you have bought such a belt system for at home (see Amazon), you do not really know what to do with it.

5 euros saved: sling training for iPhone and iPad

Here comes the Stark Suspension iPhone and iPad App in the game. Using HD videos, it not only shows and explains 110 such exercises, but also offers much more. So you can create and work through your personal workout program directly – timer included. Various workout types are supported, including tabata, HIIT and circuit training.

Good to know: “Stark Suspension” offers an integration of Apple’s Health app. Calories burned and workouts performed are recorded and recorded accordingly. There are no opaque in-app purchases, and no user data is recorded either – very good. Normally you have to pay 4.99 euros in the App Store for the practical fitness and training app, but the developers are currently giving away the app for free for a short time. But is the app good in the end?

As usual, before downloading, please check the price again, as it is not known how long the app will be free:

Is the app worth it?

She does. The App Store currently has 4.7 out of a maximum of 5 stars with almost 700 ratings – a representative and positive opinion, which is also reflected in the US store. The app gets 4.8 stars from over 800 ratings. We have picked out one opinion from previous users:

Perfect for relaxed training
Had the TRX app so far and the many clicks during the training session was annoying. With this app, the session runs completely independently with time announcements and small motivational aids.

For me currently the first choice for suspension training apps.

Bottom line: It’s worth it, if you’ve always wanted to really get into training, you now have the opportunity to do so. Incidentally, older hardware can also handle the app, iOS 9.3 is sufficient as a minimum requirement for iPhone and iPad, only a little more than 13 MB of storage space is required.
