Ana de Armas fans have filed a class action lawsuit. The actress only appeared in the trailer but not in the movie Yesterday.

Two fans of Ana de Armas (33) were bitterly disappointed. As “Variety” reports, the two wanted to rent the film “Yesterday” with the said actress from Amazon Prime. But Ana de Armas, who appeared in the trailer, was cut from the film. The two Americans are said to have filed a class action lawsuit last Friday in which they claim that the trailer tricked them into renting the film for a fee. They accuse Universal of fraudulent marketing and are trying to get at least $5 million on behalf of affected consumers.

“Yesterday” is a British musical comedy directed by Danny Boyle (65). In it only the singer-songwriter and former teacher Jack Malik knows the songs of the Beatles. He inspires with his interpretation of “Yesterday”, which nobody knows. Ana de Armas was set to play the role of Roxane, but was cut from the final version of the film.
