The results for the 2021 financial year will be reviewed and approved during a Board meeting convened on Tuesday May 16, 2022 in the evening. The press release should be published on Wednesday, May 17, 2022, after market close.
As a reminder, the year 2021 was marked by the takeover of the company VALANTUR, on November 10, 2021, which profoundly changed the profile of CYBERGUN by integrating the entire value chain of its military division.
The pro forma turnover of the new group amounts to 47 ME against 24 ME in 2020 on the old scope of activity.
