Cybergun: The title climbs, license agreement with Shadow

(CercleFinance.com) – The Cybergun share is sought Monday on the Paris Stock Exchange following the signing of a new license agreement, this time with Shadow Systems.

Around 2:30 p.m., the title of the French recreational shooting specialist climbed 10% in volumes already representing more than twice those of Friday’s session alone. At the same time, the CAC Mid & Small index is stable.

Cybergun announced this morning the signing of an exclusive worldwide license with a big name in American arms, Shadow Systems, a Texan group specializing in the production of parts and accessories for firearms, mainly Glocks.

Shadow’s product line includes parts and accessories, such as barrels, bolts, frame frames, trigger kits, magazines, sights and tactical lights.

In addition to these individual parts, Shadow also offers complete Glock pistols, as well as conversion kits for existing pistols.

This agreement constitutes an additional advance for the French group, which had already announced a similar license agreement last month with the American Century Arms.

As a reminder, the Cybergun group holds exclusive and worldwide brand licenses from more than 20 manufacturers of real weapons, allowing it to faithfully reproduce each of the weapons of the rights holders.

The company stresses that these licensing contracts – signed for several years (10 years on average) in return for annual royalty payments – are not reflected in its accounts, nor in the value of the company, despite an estimate amounting to more than 20 million euros.
