  • Cyberpunk 2077 will have a follow-up title.
  • CD Projekt Red is apparently still looking for developers for Cyberpunk 2077 “Orion”.
  • Up to 500 people are expected to work on the new project.

There is a successor to Cyberpunk 2077, as CD Projekt Red recently revealed in an investor call. But the follow-up project “Orion” should not be developed in Poland, but in the USA.

In addition to the main team, 300 to 500 other employees are said to be working on Cyberpunk 2077 “Orion”. At least that’s what Piotr Nielubowicz, Chief Financial Officer at CD Projekt Red, is said to have announced, as reported by IGN.

With this large number of employees, the company is based on the number that was needed for Cyberpunk 2077. Since the number of employees is only now being discussed, you can assume that the developments for “Orion” have not yet started.

However, as soon as a release date is known, you will find this and many other release dates in our game release list.
