The star host of C8, Cyril Hanouna, gave a long interview to our colleagues from the newspaper “Le Parisien – Today in France”. He responds to the recent controversies surrounding his broadcasts, in particular “Touche pas à mon poste”, and reveals the TV projects he is preparing for the start of the media season next September.

Cyril Hanouna reveals his plans for the media season next September, in a long interview with the Le Parisien – Today in France. The star host of C8 announces in particular that the contract for his H2O production box has been renewed for three years, for an amount of 35 million euros per year.
Cyril Hanouna also announces that the show Balance your post stop. Facing Baba, meanwhile, will be back every two weeks, in prime time, with a new formula. The host will receive several guests who make the news, “from the Prime Minister to the head of security at the Stade de France”, he specifies.
Only the truth matters back
On the novelty side, Cyril Hanouna reveals that he wants to create an adventure game, ideally presented by Hervé Mathoux, on Canal+. Otherwise, Cyril Hanouna will present it on C8. “It’s a quiz with 200 people on set. The 30 people who just answer the first questions get on a bus with their suitcase,” he explains. “Those who lose stay on the side of the road. Then we arrive on a boat and finally on a plane. Those who lose parachute. The last one will win a large sum.”
Last announcement of this interview: the cult program of TF1 Only the truth matters will be back at the start of the school year on C8, first in the form of a best-of with the historical animators Pascal Bataille and Laurent Fontaine, who will record new launches. If the audiences are satisfactory, then Cyril Hanouna promises new programs thereafter.
