Cyril Hanouna: these two ex-TPMP columnists who remained in the host’s crosshairs

Saturday February 10, 2024, Cyril Hanouna gave an interview to Entrevue. If he refuses almost all interviews, the host took the opportunity to settle scores with two ex-columnists from Touche pas à mon poste.

Barely concealed tackles… Saturday February 10, 2024, in an interview with Entrevue, Cyril Hanouna said what he thought of two of his former columnists. I’ll tell you something about Camille Combal and Bertrand Chameroy: it’s better to be an excellent number 2 than to be a bad number 1. Being number 1 is a job. Number 2, it’s also a profession. Me, I’m a very bad number 2″he declared, before slipping: “What the columnists do on the show, I couldn’t do it. They are incredible. They are the ones who bring the content, it’s not me. Camille and Bertrand Chameroy are excellent number 2, but animator is a job…

After having assured that he particularly appreciated Julien Courbet, who “always been grateful” and Jean-Luc Lemoine who “always been great” with him, the 49-year-old host declared: “So there are the grateful people, and then you have the others. You have Bertrand Chameroy, who was launched to him by Jean-Marc Morandini at the start, then by me afterwards, and who today spits in the soup, as he will one day spit in the soup of France 5 or France 2. Him, it’s a small thing, he doesn’t really know where he wants to go. For me, these kind of guys, they miscalculate”. Finally, this one slipped: There is Camille Combal, who left like a thief…

Cyril Hanouna: “I preferred the Camille who was there 1000 times”

Thursday June 15, 2023, on the set of Touche pas à mon poste, on C8, the host mentioned the departure of Camille Combal for TF1 in 2018. “One day, I saw him, I said to him: ‘If it’s your dream to go to TF1, I completely understand it.’ We’ve had some amazing years, I’m not going to hold you against your will, you’ll be bad. In 2022, Cyril Hanouna had already declared: “I preferred 1000 times the Camille who was there, who did things that were exceptional and who showed his true talent (…) He would have been much better with us, we would have made him do what he wanted. So that there, I think he doesn’t do it.” And to add: It also makes me a little sad in interviews when we see that Cyril Hanouna becomes Voldemort. He never says my name.
