After being heard in police custody for the murder of Lola, Dahbia B.’s sister was placed in an administrative detention center on October 19 for “lack of residence permit”. Now she has left France.
The affair of little Lola upset the French last October. The 12-year-old girl was tortured, raped and cleansed by Dahbia B. The latter is currently still in prison. His sister, Friha B, had been placed in an administrative detention center to “lack of residence permit” in November. This placement was in view of an expulsion to Algeria.
According to information from BFMTV, the 26-year-old young woman has not lived in France since December 16. As a reminder, Friha B. lived in the building of Lola’s parents. She sublet an apartment in which her sister Dahbia B. often came. The crime also occurred in this accommodation on October 15th.
For its part, Dahbia B., aged 24, was indicted and imprisoned for the murder of Lola. At the time of the crime, she had an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF). According to the expert report, the main suspect does not suffer “of any psychiatric illness relating to autism, schizophrenia, or paranoia or others”.

I had my suitcases to go down”she told the investigators, before specifying that Lola unlocked the door for her so that she could get into an elevator. “I forced her to ride with me in the elevator and whatever happened happened in the apartment (…). Coming out with the briefcase, there was the victim in it”she revealed.
