This April 29, Thierry Ardisson was invited on the set of Buzz TV to discuss his new show L’Hôtel du Temps. He then confided in the singer Dalida and revealed a rather surprising anecdote about her death.
Absent since 2019, Thierry Ardisson returns to television with a brand new program called The Time Hotel. On May 2, the first episode will be broadcast in which Dalida will then be questioned as if the singer were still envious. On this occasion, the host was present in the program Buzz-TV, this Friday, April 29. Thus, the presenter wanted to know more about the veracity of the words that were transcribed: “Are you really sure that Dalida would have said such and such a thing when you interview her?”
Thierry Ardisson then comes back to the concept of the program: “They are only true sentences, perhaps not said at the time (…) Everything is true and that is what is interesting. What I don’t like are biopics. You’re doing a biopic: so the guy already doesn’t look like him. Freddie Mercury, other than having big teeth, I don’t see how he looks like Freddie Mercury. (…) Thanks to this process, we will be able to make The Crown with the real Elizabeth, the real Lady Di”he begins by evoking before continuing by revealing an unknown anecdote about Dalida.
