Damartex continues to roll out its healthcare strategy. The specialist in seniors (55 years and over) has just announced a new small acquisition in this branch, which was the only one to resist during the 2021-2022 financial year (completed in June), recording growth of 14.3 %, when the textile and home and personal equipment divisions saw their sales decline (-16.9% and -3.5% respectively).

Damartex will acquire ADS, a home healthcare provider (PSAD) specializing in respiratory assistance based in Villeparisis, in the Paris suburbs. Founded in 2014 by David Sdez, ADS, which works with more than 5,500 patients, achieved a turnover of more than 3 million euros in 2021. A drop of water on the scale of its buyer Damartex but which allows Santéol holding, the structure in which it will be integrated, to extend its geographical coverage and to be closer to patients.

As usual, the northerner does not reveal the price of the operation. We simply know that ADS has been consolidated in the accounts since July 1st. Since the summer of 2021, Damartex has grown its health division by acquiring MSanté, Optimum, Perf R, JP Consult and Médical Santé.
