(Boursier.com) — Damartex ended the 2021-2022 financial year with revenue of €719.0 million, down -5.9% at actual rates compared to the previous financial year (-7.1% at exchange rates constant), impacted by a difficult economic environment. After a stable first half compared to the previous year, the group achieved a turnover of 317.2 ME in the second half, suffering from a slowdown in sales of -12.3% at real rates (-13 .2% at constant exchange rates) compared to the same period of the previous year.
Despite a degraded macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, Damartex is continuing to deploy its Transform to Accelerate 2.0 strategic plan to support its development while coping with persistent supply tensions. The Group is exercising caution by remaining extremely agile with regard to the rapid evolution of the economic situation, and anticipates, as mentioned during the publication of the turnover for the 3rd quarter, a negative impact on the annual results for the 2021 financial year. -2022.
