A bonus like no other. Friday March 29, Dance with the stars made its return to TF1 after a week marked by the big clash between Natasha St-Pier and Inès Reg. The two candidates of the show got into a fight through Instagram accounts. In question ? An argument dating from January during which Natasha St-Pier insulted Inès Reg. After this altercation, the comedian allegedly threatened the singer and her dancer Anthony Colette, who both filed a complaint against her. The prime therefore marked their reunion in an atmosphere that was tense to say the least…
Camille Combal lightened the atmosphere with a well-intentioned joke
Camille Combal, presenter of the show, tried to relieve the pressure from the start of the evening with a clever little joke. The host approached James Denton, the star of the cast of this season 13 and said, in complete relaxation: “James Denton, the star of Desperate Housewives… Six weeks since he left the United States! Well, this week, he wasn’t disoriented… With all the stories there were, he thought the series was back! Dance with the stars, it was Wisteria Lane… But tonight, if you have any problems, you go through me. I am your referent”. Laughter from the candidates and the public, the honor is safe! Natasha St-Pier and Inès Reg both danced as if nothing had happened.
Cristina Cordula, fourth eliminated from the adventure
And it was ultimately Cristina Cordula, at the bottom of the ranking, who was eliminated from the adventure at the end of the face-to-face. A totally unfair departure according to Maxime Dereymez, emblematic dancer of the show. “If a couple absolutely didn’t deserve to go out, it’s this one… Bravo my Jordan Mouillerac for your aesthetic and intelligent choreography. And bravo my beautiful Cristina Cordula for your evolution and your performances always combining grace and delicacy”, said he wrote in an Instagram story. “I’m so happy to know you! You’re crazy, funny, touching and full of life! We’re going to miss you so much before we meet again on the day of the final!”
Cristina Cordula said she was “very happy” to have participated in the show with her partner Jordan Mouillerac. “DALS was a crazy atmosphere, great meetings with all the candidates, like a great studious recreation,” wrote the host, who will keep very good memories of the adventure despite the tensions between Natasha St-Pier and Inès Reg. And that’s good !
