James Bond actor Daniel Craig prefers to go to gay bars because there he doesn’t get involved in fights.

James Bond actor Daniel Craig (53) prefers to go to gay bars, as he said on Bruce Bozzi’s SiriusXM podcast.

“I have been going to gay bars for as long as I can remember and one of the reasons is that gay bars don’t get me involved in brawls that often,” said the British actor. Otherwise, that happened quite often.

Women were also an argument in favor of gay bars

In the course of the conversation, Craig, who has been married to fellow actor Rachel Weisz (51) for a decade and has two daughters (born 1992, 2018), revealed another reason: When he was still single, he also visited gay bars because he was there “Because there were a lot of girls who were there for exactly the same reason as me. So I had an ulterior motive, so to speak,” he said with a laugh.

Daniel Craig is officially the longest-serving Bond, having played in 007 for a full 15 years since 2006 “Casino Royale”. In “No Time to Die” he has his fifth and final appearance as his majesty’s secret agent.
