Daniela Katzenberger (37) has achieved her goal: her old clothes fit her again. Katzenberger is now sharing her success with her Instagram followers. To a videowhich shows her in a tight red mini dress in front of the mirror, she writes: “Ok… the last time the dress fit was in 2012.”

A huge success for Katzenberger, who is beaming from ear to ear in the video: the reality star has been trying to lose weight for months. The cult blonde explained on Instagram a few weeks ago that the reason for the sudden lifestyle change was a key moment: she had noticed that many of her old clothes no longer fit. “That made me extremely sad,” said Katzenberger at the time.
Since then, the TV blonde has been training in the gym three times a week with a personal trainer and doing strength training. She also cooks more at home instead of eating out and has adjusted her eating habits: “I eat like a lioness in the morning, like a cat at lunch and like a kitten in the evening.”
A first big milestone Katzenberger shared with her followers at the beginning of October: “My motivational pants finally fit,” she wrote on a video that shows her trying on pink suit pants.
