At the “Advent Festival of 100,000 Lights” with Florian Silbereisen, a special angel will celebrate his stage debut: Sophia Cordalis.

On this Saturday evening (November 27), the six-year-old daughter of Daniela Katzenberger (35) and Lucas Cordalis (54) will make her first major TV appearance. Together with her famous parents, Sophia is the Christmas angel in Florian Silbereisen’s (40) show “Advent Festival of 100,000 Lights” (8:15 pm, the first) to the best of the classic “Jingle Bells”, reports “Image”.

Katzenberger had on her official Instagram account last Friday has already published a cute picture with her daughter in angel costume, which was created as part of the TV recording. And in an Instagram story, the “cat” described herself as a “proud mother” in view of her daughter’s stage premiere.

“Music in the Blood”

Father Cordalis is also “proud like Oskar of Sophia. I have a tear in my eye during the performance”, as he revealed to “Bild”. He is also sure: “Costa is watching us from above and is just as proud as I am of his granddaughter.” Sophia’s grandfather, pop star Costa Cordalis, died in 2019 at the age of 75. Does Sophia want to follow in the footsteps of her famous grandfather? “I can see how comfortable she feels on stage,” said Cordalis. “Sophia simply has music in her blood.”

Together with many other stars, “Advent Festival of 100,000 Lights” presenter Florian Silbereisen rings in the Christmas season on the eve of the first Advent. Among the guests are Andrea Berg, Andreas Gabalier, Roland Kaiser, Howard Carpendale, Kai Pflaume, the No Angels, Rolf Zuckowski and the Kelly Family. The highlight of the Eurovision show will be the arrival of the light of peace from the Nativity Grotto in Bethlehem.
