Daniela Katzenberger would love to become a mother again, but it just won't work. In the meantime she seems to have given up and buried her dream.
Daniela Katzenberger, 34, would like to give her daughter Sophia, 5, another sibling, she has never made a secret of that. For several years now, she and her husband Lucas Cordalis, 53, have been trying to make the dream a reality. They tried a lot, but Dani is not pregnant yet. In an Instagram live talk, the TV face is now resigned. Has Daniela finally put her wish to have children aside?

"With Sophia it took four months and with the second child we were already three years and it didn't work," explains Dani on Instagram. She adds that she can no longer really believe in getting pregnant again. "Somehow I think it shouldn't be like that," says the 34-year-old, and there is something final about her statement.
She and husband Lucas would have done a lot to make their dream come true, at some point it was all about getting pregnant, says the cat. At some point the romance fell by the wayside: "Sex after ovulation app, that was also the romance killer and at some point I didn't feel like it anymore."
Many factors speak against a second child
Not only have the unfulfilled desire to have children left their mark on their relationship, there are now very pragmatic reasons to say goodbye to the idea of having another child, says Dani on Instagram. The age difference between Sophia and a second baby is now too big for her, and Lucas' age is also causing her increasing concern. After all, the pop singer is almost 20 years older than her. "Now he's still fit, but think 20 years further (…). I want the child to have something from his dad for a long time to come."
