Danny Masterson: His prison sentence has been announced

Danny Masterson was found guilty of raping two women at his Hollywood Hills home in 2003. According to the report, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict regarding a third rape that allegedly occurred in November 2001. The full sentence should now be decided at 30 years.

First trial in 2022 without verdict

The first trial in the Masterson case ended in November 2022 without a verdict. The charges were then reopened. The actor has vehemently denied the allegations, claiming the sexual acts were consensual.

At the time, however, the three women had reported in detail about the rapes. Accordingly, all three of them were in his house at different times and separately from each other. Two of them were given a drink by Masterson that made them faint. He is then said to have assaulted them.

The third woman is said to have been in a relationship with the actor for several years. Masterson is said to have performed sexual acts on her while she was sleeping. In 2017, allegations of rape against the US star were made for the first time. Charges were officially filed in 2020.
