(CercleFinance.com) – Danone announces that it has completed the acquisition, from Swander Pace Capital, of the United States leader in food-based tube feeding Functional Formularies, a transaction for which the financial terms are not specified.
This acquisition strengthens the food group’s medical nutrition portfolio in the United States, expanding its enteral feeding range with unique, organic, food-based alternatives to traditional tube feeding formulas.
Functional Formularies markets its products to institutional customers in hospitals and long-term care facilities, as well as to individual customers online in the United States and Canada.
