(AOF) – Danone announces that it has completed the sale of its EDP activities in Russia to Vamin R LLC, following obtaining the required Russian regulatory authorizations – as announced in the press release of March 22. Last March, the group recalled that it had initiated the process of transferring these activities in October 2022. In July 2023, noting that it no longer held management control, Danone deconsolidated its EDP Russia activities. The total loss recognized by Danone in its accounts amounts to 1.2 billion euros.
