There were two alerts to the brain, two small beginnings of stroke, and most importantly, I had the right leg which was necrotic, because the bacteria had attacked an essential artery in the leg. Within a few hours, we should have amputated above the knee. It was a succession of catastrophes, I spent almost six months KO, with ups and downs. Now it’s okay, I went back up the hill. I hung on. I had lost almost 12 kilos.” had revealed Michel Drucker.
