Darkest Dungeon II: excellent news for PlayStation players!

Announced in 2019 and launched two years later in version Early Access, Darkest Dungeon II arrived in version 1.0 only last year, only on PC. Red Hook Studios continues to take care of its turn-based role-playing game with updates and a DLCthe game mode Kingdoms was presented a few days ago, but the developers announce today some very good news.

Darkest Dungeon II has just been announced for PlayStation 5 and PS4, its release date is already set for July 15, 2024. The studio specifies that the The Binding Blade DLC and the pack oblivionbringing together the base game and additional content, will be offered from launch, with cross-buy on PS4 and PS5. Tyler Sigman, design director at Red Hook Studioscomments:

We were very excited to bring Darkest Dungeon II to PlayStation players. The game is very pleasant to play with the DualSense controller. We were able to add specifics such as the heartbeat of a hero on the verge of death or the rumble of the wheels of a stagecoach as it falls into a trap. Darkest Dungeon I was fortunate to find a strong community on PlayStation and we hope the same will be true for its sequel.

The studio reminds that The Binding Blade adds two playable heroes, The Duelist And The Crusaderas well as a roaming mini-boss, The Great General. The base game offers five campaigns in Confessions mode, with 12 playable heroes and bosses. Pre-orders Darkest Dungeon II are already launched on THE PlayStation Storeyou can find maps PSN on Amazon, Cdiscount And Fnac.
