Finally the time has come! The day that Austrian darts fans have longed for has come. The European Darts Championship starts today in the Salzburg Exhibition Center, in the Salzburg Exhibition Center.

Wright and Suljovic are playing today
On the very first day, top star and defending champion Peter “Snakebite” Wright (against the German Florian Hempel) and Austria’s hopefuls Mensur Suljovic appear. “The Gentle” starts against Adam Hunt (Eng) in the “home game”, but is wary of the young opponent (28). “The young players often have nothing to lose. It always depends on the condition of the day. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have, ”the 49-year-old knows. As a player, you would recognize early on whether something is possible on the day of the game: “With the first three darts you can see whether it is going.”
And it finally did that again after a four-month break. The Viennese reached the finals at the World Cup (Team World Cup) and the Gibraltar Trophy, thereby qualifying for the home tournament endowed with 500,000 pounds. There the arrows finally fly again.
